How long do I have access to Trend Suite?
When you purchase a membership plan (Innovator Elite: Annual, Quarterly or Bi-Anually), you will gain access for the selected period. Plans are set to automatically renew unless you log into your account to cancel, which you can do at anytime, however, you will lose access to our libraries and ongoing regular premium trend content.
Who is Trend Suite Membership for?

Is Trend Suite Membership affordable?
Extremely! When compared to the big players in the trend forecasting space who target multi-figure businesses, Trend Suite is exceptionally good value. We believe trend information should be accessible for all brands and designers, regardless of their business budget.
Our Trend Suite annual plan costs the same as coffee per day and we also have affordable payment plans available.
Can I download unlimited books?
Yes, you may download as many reports as you wish and are also welcome to dip into our archive library for previous season's forecasts.
What does a Trend Suite Membership Include?
Our Trend Suite membership provides you with full access to all the trend forecasts, visionary stories and resources that you need to stay ahead in the fashion industry. We have designed three premium subscription plans - Bi-Annual, Quarterly and Yearly and each provide full access to the Trend Suite platform. Every plan delivers the same high-quality content that will transform your business's creative process and strategic decisions.
Why is a Trend Suite Membership better than on-demand for my brand?
With our on-demand option, you have the freedom to buy the trend books you need, when you need them.
As a Trend Suite member, you will benefit from an extra layer of convenience and avoid repeat checkouts.
You can also access our Visionary Trend Stories area where we add new content every week. This area is only available to Trend Suite membership plan holders.
Our subscription plan prices help you save a substantial amount of money, when compared to purchasing trend books individually.
What format do fashion trend books come in?
All files are formatted as A4 multi-page PDF files and are designed in landscape mode. Some of our editable resources are created in Word or Excel format. Our Innovator Elite CAD library downloads are saved as AI or EPS files.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the generous, open access and the high value of our extensive library of digital trend books, we are unable to offer any refunds on any of our membership plans. Should you have an issue with your membership, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
What are the payment terms for different plans?
Our subscription plans: Innovator Elite Yearly, Innovator Elite Quarterly and Innovator Elite Bi-Annual plans are priced separately and can be cancelled at anytime.
Can I cancel my Trend Suite Subscription?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time as we have designed our plans with flexibility in mind, allowing you to renew or cancel as needed.
To cancel your subscription at the end of your 12, 3 or 6 month term, please access your account page and request cancellation by clicking the "cancel plan" button. Access will run to the end of the paid period. At the end of the cancellation term, you will no longer be able to access new releases, insights or seasonal trend books.
Is Trend Suite VAT applicable?
No. Currently UK law dictates that digital download products are not applicable for VAT. So there is no extra charge to pricing plans.
However, we may add mini courses and guest speakers to our content in the near future, so we will need to collect VAT at that point. In the meantime, your Trend Suite subscription can still be declared through your business as an expense for which we provide a formal invoice.
