Fashion trends and creative projects that are inspiring us this week
Genderless Silhouettes by Entire Studios
Entire Studios continue creating hyperbolic proportions and genderless silhouettes, previously endorsed by Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. The latest PFD puffer dubbed PFDV2 is updated with an enlarged collar and cuffs.
These new iterations made of 100% Nylon ripstop with a shiny ciré (waxed) finish are dressed in three different colour ways with high gloss.
Three of the key Pantone colours we predict for Autumn Winter 2024/25.
19-4056 Olympian Blue
13-0752 Lemon
15-1164 Bright Marigold
Spontaneous Photographic Art by Travys Owen
The photography of Travys Owen combines unusual compositions, high saturation and striking use of lighting. It's the type of work that makes you second guess it's methods, leading you instinctively to believe each image must have taken time to plan, build and shoot.
In fact, however, the South African photographer and artist works spontaneously, capturing his subjects in a fleeting moment and as soon as the idea arises.
Second Skin Bodywear by Amina Muaddi
Australian hosiery label Wolford has teamed up with former Fenty collaborator and shoe designer Amina Muaddi on a line of body wear.
The collection, which includes everything from latex socks and vegan leather tights to Swarovski-finished fishnets, was crafted to emphasise and highlight women's bodies. Though the designs are glamorous, they are still made to feel like a second skin and are all a celebration of femininity.
The striking campaign, shot from a worm's-eye view by Roger Weiss, draws attention to the sexy, smart details.
This bright green shot of toe slit tights is almost identical to Pantone's Evening Primrose, a colour we forecast to be key for Autumn Winter 2024/25.
